Disneyland

We love Disneyland so much. We always have a blast! We recently went and it's Christmas at Disneyland, with all the lights, snow and decorations. Disneyland to us holds such a special place. We went on our first date and got engaged there. So Disneyland holds a special place for us.

We went on a day that was kinda cold but nice. It was a very light day for Disneyland. Nobody was there, the lines were short and it was just a nice day to walk around and enjoy Disneyland/California Adventure. We got to go on a lot of rides which is unusual for the time of day we went but we were excited. We went on the new Toy Story 3 ride which was so much fun. Ryan and I love to battle and see who can get the most points. Ryan usually ends up winning, but its fun trying to beat him. We got to see the Aladdin show again which was so funny. I haven't laughed that hard in such a long time both Ryan and I were almost in tears. We had a great time and after a few hours we headed home because it got really cold and Disneyland closed around eight that day.

Our First Thanksgiving

Our first Thanksgiving was so much fun. We went up to Big Bear on Wednesday with my family and had such a blast. There was snow on the ground which was fun for the kids but also fun for Ryan and I. The kids were also able to ride bikes which they love and spent hours riding. It was so nice to spend time together with the whole family and even more exciting that our first Thanksgiving was with everyone. Carol and my Mom cooked as well as I did which was fun because it was the first time I had ever cooked for Thanksgiving dinner and I'm sure it is not the last. The kids were so cute and decorated name place cards for us to sit. We all sat down together and enjoyed our First Thanksgiving. Ryan and I are so blessed to have such a great family as we do.

Our New Life

 Were Married! The past three months have been so much fun learning to live with one another and be able to sit down for dinner together. We had a few bumps along the road, Natalie had surgery to remove her gall bladder and now she is all better. The recovery took a bit longer than we expected but she is healing up just fine.

We have a beautiful apartment which is now fully set up. It took us a few months but it finally is coming together. Thank you to all our family members/family friends who gave us furniture and helped us create a home.

We have a one bedroom/bathroon apartment. When you enter our home you enter into the living room and the kithchen then down the hall is the bedroom and the bathroom. It's a nice place, our neighbours are really nice but sometimes they can be a little loud. Overall our little place is really nice and we love that it is finally our home.
